Worked great for 3 years, but the controller isn’t covered by the warranty which is fair (they will apparently make an exceptions for new or “out of the blue” issues). Even though it is sold out the support team was able to assist me and I’m happy with the result. I seriously love the motorbunny, and while I was initially frustrated with the sold out status, I’m super happy with Jamie’s support. Thank you.

After a few years of relatively light use, one of the wires in the controller cable broke. It will vibrate but not rotate. I was going to purchase another 5 wire cable but it says you’re sold out! Don’t mind paying for it. Do you know when you will get more in stock or when I can go to purchase a replacement?

I had a problem with the power controller. I sent an email describing the problem. The service team send me a replacement promptly with no charge. I wish all companies I dealt with had such outstanding service and were as easily to deal with. I've never had such fast and easy service from any company online.

The wire came apart at the connector after only two months of light use and now they are not in stock.
